Final pricing may be confirmed after an on-site assessment or once scope is agreed. A quote does not create a binding service agreement until both parties confirm the work.

3. Scheduling and service

We work to accommodate your preferred schedule, including evenings, overnight, and around-the-clock availability. Service details, frequency, and scope will be set out in a separate service agreement or written confirmation where applicable.

4. Your responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned.

5. Payment

Payment terms, rates, and invoicing details are established in your service agreement or written confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for scheduled services will be described in your service agreement. We ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust our crews accordingly.

7. Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to address it in line with your service agreement.
